There is no one available to check you in or out. The bathroom was not clean and they had no shampoo, conditioner or soap. No refrigerator, ice machine or hair dryer and the smoke alarm in the hallway beeped all nigjt smoke

This place is non existent. Neither the supposed property manager in New York (property is in Myrtle Beach) nor orbitz would stand behind the reservation. Left us without lodging for our entire 3 day trip! Received a call the following day from the property manager stating the front desk in Texas was unresponsive and there was nothing he could do. That tells us this is a scam. The property manager number in New York is 347-752-4259 so beware of the scam! Orbitz never stepped up saying the package included a3rd party so they weren't responsible. I'll never use them again. Left us stranded 7 states from home.

This place was not even open. Do not book here. Do not book here or at their alternative name, which is the sand castle? They are condemned to shut down, they. If you do book they make, you go through rings of fire to get your money back. We had to book a whole nother room while we were sitting in the parking lot. Because this one wasn't accepting guests. For the last several months and now I have to I don't know sleep with someone at hotels.com to get my refund.
