Infelizmente, nunca tiveram uma reserva pelo Hoteis.com, assim queriam cobrar minha estadia, sendo que já havia pago pelo aplicativo. Também colocaram num quarto que dava para a rua, sendo que os outros quartos davam para o pátio interno do hotel, que é lindo. Excelente para idosos e como dificuldade de mobilidade, muitas rampas.
