They put the wrong address on Expedia. It made a huge mess with our travel plans. Had to purchase multiple Ubers to find the location. Genuinely the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I wouldn’t come back if I was paid to. They also barely give you any check in intstructions and don’t even give you the number of your room. We had to guess. All they offered us was late checkout for the ‘inconvenience’ which we couldn’t even use because we were just staying one night before a cruise. They could’ve offered complimentary drinks and snacks or anything actually helpful.
