It's a very nice, cozy place to stay! Front desk manager Ilma was outstanding, helpful, and provided the best service ever! If you stay there, ask her for restaurant recommendations, she knows everything about the city and the best places!

Great hotel for its value. Staff are nice and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ammar. Breakfast is good. Hotel is close to Starigtad and Sarajevo's attractions. Room is bit small but that was O.K. Overall is recommended.

Perfect
Very good value for money and extremely friendly and accommodating hosts and staff. They made sure that the room was ready for our slightly early arrival and twice started breakfast early for us because of trips.
The location is only 5 minutes walk from the City Hall and river. Don’t be put off by the hill as it is very quick to get down and worth it in the evening for the views. There’s an excellent restaurant at the base called Inat Kuca.

The hotel is quite okay, nothing special. The air conditioning worked well. The fridge was useful however no kettle in the room which is inconvenient. The room was very small too, if you have bigger suitcases that’s not comfortable. Also you need to climb up to get to the hotel.

First of all, it doesn't have a 24h reception like the listing says; they emailed and said to make arrangements after 9pm because the reception was closed. They arranged a taxi for me for €20 but when I got in the cab the driver informed me they asked him to drive me to a different hotel which they said would be a free upgrade. Problem being that that hotel didn't have 24h reception either, or laundry, which were both requirements I had. So, pretty disappointed.

Everything was perfect! And if there are some things that need to be fixed, all of that was replaced by the hotel's young management, which is excellent! All praise for Armin and his colleagues.
I even forgot my backpack in the hotel that was sent to me by bus!

Someone unlocked the door to our locked room while we were sleeping! I’m unsure if it is the same key for some of the rooms or something, but it was a scary situation. Aside from that, the room looked neglected, the leather on the headboard was ripped, towels had stains, and the room was generally not very clean. Hotel is also not easily accessible as it is at the top of a very steep hill. It is located by the city and landmarks. Otherwise, though, would not recommend.

Bad!
It is very close to the sights, but you have to climb a very steep hill to reach the hotel. The room and bathroom were not very clean. There were even lipstick marks on the glasses in the room. They do not provide any of the services listed on the site, they do not help. To sum up, it was a stay that doesn't suit that beautiful city.

Dont stay at the hotel
Hello I booked the room through hotels.com and the price included breakfast but at the hotel we were told price does not include breakfast and it is not their problem.but it id hotels.com problem. The most important thing no heat the first night and we were cold and had second night little heat.Evreything is so poorly organized this hotel. We arrived the hotel at 1pm. Noone was at the hotel. The door was locked.we have to find person by calling but we dont have local phone line and we have to pay extra phone bill too. During the trip we could not find anyone to take care of us.

Son yıllarda konakladığım en kötü otel. Hem konumu yanlış, hem odanın durumu berbat hem müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Korkunç bir yokuş sonrası otele ulaşıyorsunuz. Odaya çıktık banyo leş gibi, saçlar etrafta, banyo kapı kolu kırık, nevresim yok yorgan da kılıfsız. Kahvaltı göründüğü gibi değil, vasat altı. İlk günün ardından kalmak istemediğimizi söyledik iptal etmediler, odayı değiştirdiler. Yeni odada yorgan yok, klima bozuk, boyum 1.90 çatı katı verdiler, banyoda eğilip gezdim.
Asla tavsiye etmiyorum, uzak durun.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Perto de bons restaurantes e do centro antigo. Fica do lado de um cemitério. A moça que nos atendeu na recepção era de uma simpatia ímpar. Se fosse por ela o hotel merecia um 10.
