A Pousada é nova, com quartos modernos; tudo funcional - chuveiro elétrico, ar condicionado, TV de tela plana, etc; Oferece uma relação muito boa, quanto ao custo x benefício, e em função da grande procura em outros hotéis da região; A proprietária é muito educada e prestativa; Para quem vai com pouco tempo para aproveitar o hotel/pousada, é o ideal; Ela fica a uma distância do centro - de bares e restaurantes, em torno de 1,2 km; E a 1,4 km, de um dos mirantes mais impactantes de Martins, o Mirante do Canto. Que é próximo também, de um outro, o do Penhasco.

Reservamos a Pousada Encanto dos Colibris, porém ao chegar lá simplesmente disseram que não tinha mais quartos disponíveis ( nós e outra família de 3 pessoas) e nos direcionaram para outra Pousada( inferior). Sobre a Pousada: o quarto era pequeno, o banheiro minúsculo, não tinha espelho no quarto. Tinha frigobar, TV, ar condicionado e uma mesinha de plástico com 2 cadeiras. O banheiro não tinha amenidades e possuía algum vazamento, pois o chão vivia molhado. O anfitrião dessa pousada era muito cordial. Enfim, a experiência foi horrorosa.
