Room and staff were very good. However, adjust the thermostat before going to bed. There was a loud fan that didn’t shut off. I got up at 2:30 and adjusted it to get it to shut off and cool down. And the restaurant breakfast pancakes were not good. Bad after taste like a cleaning chemical of some sort. Very pricey breakfast. Not close to being worth it.

New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception.

Easy self parking (valet is $20 dollars), check in was smooth and Rita was very nice. Asked for a 1st floor room and was able to get one. Room was very clean and loved the bathroom. Walk to the casino is short and easy to manage. Casino is bright and energy was great. Walk up food court and sit down restaurants both inside and outside the casino. Did not eat on the property but found prices to be a little on the high side at the sit down restaurants when I checked the menu. So quite a few people with small coolers. Overall a good visit and enjoyed the room and casino and highly recommend.

The room was nice and clean. We did not have breakfast there. The staff was OK. They didn't ask if we used the valet for the car (which we had) and they did not give us information on the internet access in the room, we had to call down to the front desk for information that seemed to be lacking. I would have liked a map of the casino with locations of restaurants, etc.
