Everything was very clean and the apartment was well stocked with everything I needed to cook. The staff were all extremely kind- I’m unfortunately not fluent in Spanish but that was never a problem. I enjoyed having access to the rooftop area as it provided a great space to relax and do my remote work.

Pros:
Nice place in a quieter neighborhood but which still has many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, as well as a 7-11 for quick snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially David at check-in who was very fluent in English and able to tell us everything we needed to know for our stay. The full kitchen is convenient, especially the fridge, and the room was clean. They provide (once) coffee and water.
Cons:
The room does get a bit warm but there is a tower fan provided. The shower door design allows water to escape, so we had to bundle extra towels next to it so as to not have puddles. They don’t provide washcloths, but perhaps this is standard practice in this area. There is no deadbolt or chain lock from the inside, only the automatic door lock.

Great location. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Kitchen very minimally equipped. Entrance code was not sent but when I reached out to support they were slow to respond but finally said I needed to use a physical key that the guard would give me.

Para mi un 10/10. La ubicación es excelente, a pie a muchos lugares para comer, tomar café, helado, etc. La habitación tal cual las fotografías, la cama es muy cómoda, tiene todas las amenidades ofrecidas, la cocina esta equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar algo sencillo, la atención del personal fue excelente, el lugar es tranquilo, por las noches no es ruidoso, se descansa muy bien, la terraza muy bonita, la atención del personal muy buena, especialmente por parte de Alexis.
