I’ve stayed at this location a few times. The air conditioning in the rooms is not the best. The temperature in Belém is pretty hot all year round and a cool room where you can rest is a must.

Excellent service! Specially Joao and the general manager, this is the only hotel you need to stay at when you visit Belem for business or pleasure for that matter! Joao Call Cheryl Location’s phone I needed a PCR test and I was able to find a laboratory and the general manager was kind enough to let him his iPhone charger when I lost mine … the service of this place is excellent and breakfast her are the best: especially the lovely and friendly breakfast ladies. Excellent service, and Joelthom from reception was amazing! He helped get info. for PCR test I needed to travel abroad, and made my check-in seamless and fast! Brand New rooms.
Good location, everything looks brand new. 5 star for the beds super confi and fluffy for Brazilian style. The only down side, they don't have a bar in the hotel. The parking was a bit expensive for local standards but the service was fast.
