11 Jul 2026The virtual office with easy self check-in was fantastic. Really clean nice room; a little bit noisy on the Hwy side that has the king bed rooms. Not bothersome but IF it would be, u shld stay in the Dubl rooms on the quieter side.
A bag breakfast of a muffin & banana would be a wonderful amenity; could be put in fridge. Also some decaf coffee pods & some Swiss Miss hot chocolate. We would stay again.

1 Aug 2026We were so happy with the cleanliness and comfort of Room 101 the first night that we went ba k the second. The second night the room they put us in was 103 and it had no deadbolt on the door to the adjoining room. When I questioned the manager about it, he became very rude and insisted that I should just trust him when he said the people in the adjacent room couldn't open our door. I was not comfortable with that. He offered me Room 104, which was the same set-up. It was too late to go to another hotel, so we just barricaded the door. I expect excellent service when spending money for any hotel, even if we just needed somewhere to sleep. I have never seen a hotel room with an adjacent door that didn't have a deadbolt lock on it.

21 Sept 2026First time I’ve stayed at a place without staff in the lobby. Check-in was fine, a code was texted to my phone which when entered opened up a box with the key. Biggest thing is there is no ice machine. A convenience store is less than a block away. Because the fan & temperature control is under the window, it blows and curtain up and at times exposes what is in the room. You might want to bring clips to secure the curtains to one another. Fairly quiet, I did hear the dog in the room a couple of times.

15 Sept 2026Nicely remodeled... excellent price. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were awesome. Loved the Smart TV and the kiosk self check-in. The only downside is the location. The hotel is right next to a well-traveled road and train tracks although it was pretty quiet the second time we stayed there. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were quiet and very clean, and the “desk clerk” was very helpful.
We were very pleased and will definitely stay here if we come back to the area.
