露天風呂からの景色は山と川に囲まれ空も広く、素晴らしかったです。バイキングもお刺身やステーキの他、冷麺やじゃじゃ麺、季節に合わせた郷土料理まで、バラエティーに飛んでいて楽しめました。 また、キッズパークがあるのも子連れにも良かったです。

良いところのたくさんあるホテルだと思います。 別館も合わせて宿泊者数の多い割に、レストランが狭いので、食事時間を2回に分けているのは仕方ないかなとおもいますが、バイキングで90分制限は、少し慌ただしい感じがします。 料理は種類も多く、美味しかったですが、その分選んでいるうちに、時間がなくなってしまいます。

他県での大江戸温泉は何度か利用させていただいていますが、今回の岩手花巻には気になる点がありました。フロントの対応が冷たく一気にテンション下がり、客室にたどりつくまでに時間がかかり迷路のよう。ゆっくり過ごすはずが、逆に疲れました。 でもバイキングは、ゆっくり楽しめました。施設の造りは仕方ないとしても、社員のおもてなしの心は高めてほしいと思います。
