We are from Canada and had an absolutely amazing stay here. We wished we had booked for longer. The room was amazing with an amazing balcony overlooking the valley. The service provided by Carlos, the front house manager, was exceptional. He speaks great English and gave us awesome recommendations for Dinner and Wine Tasting. Also, my fiancé is celiac and he really helped us find the right accommodations. I really hope more North Americans travel to this beautiful part of the world and stay at Pousada Refugios dos Vinhos!

A hospedagem foi simplesmente maravilhosa! As fotos refletem exatamente o quarto, tudo muito limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. O quarto tem um ótimo Wi-Fi e a tv funciona bem. A cama é super confortável, o edredom muito quentinho e limpo. A vista para os vinhedos é surreal, mesmo com chuva. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito gostoso, tudo fresco e bem-feito, com frutas, ovos mexidos, geleias, suco, bolos! O lugar é ideal para casais e quem quer desacelerar e beber bons vinhos. O gerente é muito atencioso e dá ótimas dicas de vinícolas e restaurantes. O ideal é chegar antes de anoitecer, pois o Vale dos vinhedos em si não tem mtas opções de restaurantes que funcionam à noite e os restaurantes não entregam. Enfim, excelente pousada, com certeza voltarei em breve.

Era exatamente o que estávamos procurando: um lugar acolhedor, tranquilo, com atendimento caloroso e uma atmosfera que faz a gente se sentir em casa. O café da manhã merece um destaque especial. Preparado com muito cuidado pelo Carlos, proprietário da pousada, é uma verdadeira experiência gastronômica, repleta de sabor e carinho em cada detalhe. E as delícias da Dona Lu são inesquecíveis — tudo absolutamente sensacional! Também não poderíamos deixar de agradecer à Cinthia e à Joyce, que foram extremamente simpáticas, atenciosas e prestativas durante toda a nossa estadia. Elas têm um dom especial para receber bem e sabem exatamente como fazer o hóspede se sentir acolhido e valorizado. Saímos com a certeza de que fizemos a escolha certa e com muita vontade de voltar. A pousada é bem localizada, as funcionárias excelentes. O que não é bom é que não tem limpeza dos quartos diariamente e nem retirada do lixo e troca de toalhas. Como é uma época fria, as toalhas estavam sempre umidas e frias. Alem disso, essa informação não estava descrita no site, e apesar de não ter sido informado, não fez diferença na prestação do serviço. Tentei conversar a respeito mas não adiantou.
