The apartment was well located in the center of Monterrey. Everything is within minutes and very safe. The staff at the apartments were helpful in the check in process. The apartment was clean but way smaller than what we saw in the pictures of the hotel app. On the app it said up to nine people but at best it comfortably fits 5 and 6 if you have a baby. There were over 100 pictures in the description of the apartment but if anything 3 or 4 were actual pictures of the apartment. I don’t know if it was a mistake by hotels.com but we were actually expecting a bigger apartment. Besides all that we recommend it.
