Fees & policies

Refundable deposits

• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation

Mandatory fees

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Peru value-added tax (VAT) at 18%. A VAT exemption is available to travellers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing that they are not a resident of Peru. The exemption only applies to stays in Peru not exceeding 60 days.

Optional extras

• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of PEN 58 per vehicle (one-way)
• Local area shuttle service is offered for an extra charge

Children & extra beds

• Rollaway beds are available for PEN 148.0 per night
• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorised responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarised supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.

Parking

• Self-parking costs PEN 35 per stay
• Valet parking costs PEN 35 per stay
• Parking is available nearby and costs PEN 35 per day (33 ft away)

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Reservations are required for massage services and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
