17 Jul 2026Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a clear maintenance issue. In our first room, we noticed water on the floor shortly after checking in. We eventually discovered that it was dripping from the air conditioning system in the hallway area of the room. We requested a room change, but the second room had the exact same problem. The dripping was constant and even made enough noise at night that we had to place a towel on the floor to reduce the sound.
What was most frustrating was that, during checkout, it became apparent that the staff was already aware of this issue and that it affected multiple rooms. Since the hotel is still new, it’s disappointing that such an obvious problem has not been resolved. It’s difficult to understand why guests are charged full rates when a known maintenance issue significantly impacts the comfort of their stay.

22 Oct 2026Vi hadde familirom.

22 Oct 2026Kunne vært mer utvalg i frokosten.
