Fantastic location for the Ovo Arena, it is quite literally next door. Staff were all friendly and helpful and check in and out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked as it should do. The lifts were a bit odd, if I pressed to go down the elevator would arrive and say it was going down, only to go up a few floors to pick someone else up...but for thst to be the only drawback shows how good the hotel was. Definitely staying there for my next concert or event in Wembley.

Upon arrival we were looked after and had the best experience. The staff member that checked us in was absolutely amazing, I think his name was Bimal (apologies I can’t remember exactly) The room was so lovely, the sky bar was amazing and the swimming pool was great. Would definitely recommend staying here and will want to stay again if I have an event at Wembley. More expensive than other hotels but felt worth it due to the care the staff gave and attention to detail throughout our stay. Always welcomed by staff on the door and felt safe and friendly environment.

The room was very dusty the curtains were dusty and the bed was I couldn’t sleep because I was itching all night their wasn’t any windows either to let some air in also my daughter had an allergic reaction to nuts which I wasn’t notified their were nuts the staff were helpful as they erased charges for the taken nuts from the cleaners and quite polite the pool was unavailable because someone’s child was ill so I was unable to enjoy it which was upsetting 4/10

Ideal location if attending Wembley Stadium for any occasion. Staff extremely professional and love the fact reception call about 30 minutes after we checked in to ensure everything was OK. Slept great. The only issue is the staining on the counter top in bathroom which was explained but there was stains on timber and carpet in bedroom so it could do with replacing.

The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and helpful. I arranged this as a surprise trip for my Mum and her absolutely loved it. The staff were so kind making sure my Mum was ok and ensuring the room was suitable. I would definitely recommend Hilton Wembley.
