4/10 Fair

Room was not ready and I arrived more than 2hours after check-in time. Kids played in pool while waiting, they had poor communication of when it would be ready. Curtain rod was broken and all the light would come in. Room was facing front and you can hear all the car noises and people passing by talking. It was a last minute place to stay but definitely worst in my list. All the chairs in the "roof top" were broken. View was nice up there.

I was waiting there - on the web address, no signs of physical hotel !!! Got massage two hours later , what a scam. Also you guys need to improve your hep chat !?? Seriously, o wanted to talk and canceled and complain. And sooooo complicated ! Not happy - I want my refound back

Buena ubicación para viajeros de corta estancia o si viajan en bus, la alberca es muy pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones que manejan, siempre estuvo super llena y no pude meterme. Pongan indicaciones en la puerta de que el lobby está en el hotel de enfrente.
