Good place to stay

The single beds are small, especially for Americans, but the double beds are great. Staff was excellent, and very friendly. Food was good. Room was very clean. More of a commercial area, but I was there for pleasure and it was fine.

The staff was super nice. We did have a problem with our room bathroom but they gladly changed it immediately and right across the hall so we didn't have to move far. It's location is right by the interstate.

Not even walking into the hotel, the outside of the hotel was very very nice. The staff welcomed and greeted you the moment you walk in. It smells like so pure and clean over the whole hotel, I fell in love with the smell. There is 24 hour non alcoholic drink & snack area. I recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be coming back without a doubt

A very Nice overall experience

The experience was quite nice and memorable but I would not recommend this hotel for people who would mind traveling to and from Madrid for hours. The best way is by bus. The nearest train station - Las Matas, is quite a considerable and challenging walk, especially if you have heavy baggage. If you would like the adventure and experience, this hotel is a good choice.

Basic but nice

Stayed for business. A basic hotel, but liked the speed of the free internet and free coffee/juice in the lobby was great. Local restaurants on Calle Chille well worth a visit, they are a very short walk and very friendly service, even with my poor Spanish still managed to make myself understood and enjoy the food/drink...especially as the hotel doesn't offer much for food (pizzas heated up by reception staff). Would stay here again

Visitng from U.S, rooms are VERY SMALL, bed is small, wall where not very clean, bathroom is very dated. All in all though, you get what you pay for and it worked for us, just dont have a high bar. Think Motel 6.

It was overall a pleasant stay. However, we had some roof plates falling suddenly on the floor of our room. We could have hurt ourselves since it was metal. This should not have happened. Someone came to fix it immediately.

simple hotel stay

The place is a simple place for a hotel and is about 30 minutes northwest of Madrid Spain. The highways are in fairly good condition, but during traffic hours it takes forever to leave or go to the city. Getting into the town can be a little tricky even with Google maps. The breakfast plan was not included, but it was offered at a discount, which was a good purchase. The climate during this time is a little chilly so check The weather. Anyway overall all was ok.

Hotel en muy buenas condiciones y precio muy competitivo. Solo que por reglamentación solo admiten dos personas. Íbamos mi esposa mi hijo y yo, por lo que tuve que pedir una habitación extra por mi hijo. Nada que el hotel pudiera hacer, solo que consideren que es máximo para dos personas.

Una parada antes de emprender el regreso a casa

Todo muy correcto para pasar una noche, en nuestro caso antes de emprender nuestro regreso a Argentina. El hotel muy cómodo, ofrece servicio de bebidas frías y calientes las 24 horas del día. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, todo está impecable. El desayuno es bueno, con todo lo necesario para comenzar el día. Hay mucho espacio para poder estacionar el auto. Buena relación Precio/calidad. Muy recomendable.

Reservamos una habitación doble, baño con bañera etc como indican en internet. Al llegar nos dan una habitación totalmente adaptada para minusválidos. Baño sin bañera ni bidé y lavabo y ducha adaptados. Olor muy fuerte a cerrado. Ni comparación con lo que habíamos pagado. La respuesta del hotel fue que no tenían más. Desayuno muy simple sin más, bastante diferencia con las fotos de la web.

No es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel y las otras veces, la verdad, lo recordaba más cómodo. La cama era muy incómoda y las almohadas tan blancas que se volvían inexistentes. La cama estaba pegada a una pared, con unos 40cm para pasar de un lado, pero luego le sobraba media habitación para el otro, no lo entendimos.
