30 May 2026Entrance is quite small, might be easily overlooked. The room was very wide. There were good variety at breakfast. Nothing was ready at the start of breakfast time, we had to wait for everything get set up.

27 May 2026The air conditioning is poor in the bedrooms, it was a hot muggy night. But the hall way was nice and cool. I should’ve slept in the hall. And there is no where to park.

16 Apr 2026Hotels.com clearly stated I booked a room for 2 adults & 1 kid of 16 year old, but on arrival Palazzo told us they only had a room for us for 2 adults and a baby, so we couldn't stay in the Hotel. The person behind the reception was so kind to look for a solution for us, but it was a hassle and not a nice experience to start of our vacation and we felt that the alt. room/hotel wasn't so nice looking as Palazzo.

9 Aug 2026Ble litt skuffet. Rommet var stort men det var sprekker i gulvet. Utsikten var rett i en bakgård/ vegg.
Airconditionen på rommet var dårlig. Hadde stilt termostaten på 23 men den kom aldri under 26.
Frokosten var laber. Alt var tørt og lite å velge mellom. Ikke holdt det arme seg varmt og det var ingenting som var kjølt ned av det som skulle være kaldt. Fikk ikke en frokostpakke dagen vi dro selvom vi spurte om det.
Beliggenheten var bra.
