17 Nov 2025The staff were friendly. The receptionist even came to help me with my sofa bed when I didn't want to share a double with my sister. It did seem a little run down but it was clean and warm and the room was spacious. The location is very good, right in the middle and with buses to the airport regularly and a metro station close by.

27 Dec 2025Overall it was a nice stay and what I would expect for a 3 star hotel . The staff was super helpful and nice . The only complaint I have about the room would be the heating. The heating didn’t work great but the staff did leave extra blankets in my room after cleaning without being asked . Maybe consider upgrading or adding a nice portable heater . As far as amenities it would be nice to have WiFi that works , Netflix access , or at least a smart tv to access your own Netflix account . It would also be nice if we were given free bottles of water instead of being charged for it and had microwaves on the rooms to heat up leftovers .

28 May 2026The hotel was easy to find and in a great location, within walking distance of the Old Town and plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc.
Check-in was quick and straightforward. The room was huge and well equipped with air conditioning, TV, fridge and kettle. I needed to ask reception for the key to the safe, but this wasn’t an issue at all. The receptionist came up to the room to make sure it was the correct key and explained how to lock and unlock the safe, which was appreciated.
The room was very clean on entering, nice bright accent colour to add extra colour. The bed was comfortable and although you could hear some movement from the corridor at times, it wasn’t excessive or disruptive. My room was at the front of the building meaning I could hear constant traffic noises from the busy road but after walking all day every day this wasn't an issue for me. The bathroom was clean and in a good condition. The bath did take quite a long time to fill, only tried that once before opting for showers for the rest of my stay. I did have a balcony room, the balcony wasn't one you could comfortably sit out on but it was good to be able to open the door and let some air into the room, especially during current hot weather.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location. I’d happily stay here again.

22 Sept 2025It’s centrally located .. the rooms are big with plenty of space .. you can shower or take a bath … issues are that you have to walk up roll up ur luggage to get to a 1940s open and close 2 doors elevator …for customers with mobility issues that won’t work.. they also don’t provide shampoo .. the bars of soap provided are inadequate… there also is no hair dryer in the room ..there is no same day laundry service… it takes two days to get ur laundry done .

16 Oct 2024The positive experience was that the room was ready before13;00 o'clock and that the hotel give me exactly the room that i booked and expected to get like a small balcony.
During the check in at the recetion, an older lady start to tell me that "she will bring towels to me and knock at hte door" . I considered that as a "psychological game at work". Later in the day she told me the same about bringing towels to my room. I really feel sorry for that woman that such games at work is the only fun she had that day

23 Feb 2023Very convinient spot next to the metro and plenty of food places around. The room had a nice bath and a kettle, and was very spacious.
Unfortunately the hotel is situated on a very busy road wo it can get very noisy at night!
