Gostei muito da hospitalidade dos funcionários. Todos atenciosos e respeitadores. O quarto estava limpo, TV e ar-condicionado funcionando. Só uma atenção para a porta que não achei muito segura e não consegui usar o Wi-Fi Pretendo voltar, pois amo a paz de Maracaipe.

A estrutura é simples e com uma piscina externa. No quarto há frigobar, televisão, ar-condicionado e um armário para colocar as roupas. O Wi-Fi do Andar e do hotel deixa a desejar. Quanto ao café da manhã, é simples, mas tudo muuuuuuuito gostoso: há frutas..., proteínas, bolos caseiros deliciosos feitos no próprio hotel, sucos naturais, leite e café. A localização fica um pouco distante do centrinho de Porto de Galinhas, o que exigir deslocamento com veículo, no entanto não chega a comprometer a experiência, lugar super tranquilo. Está há poucos metros da praia, é mais apropriada para o surf, ondas fortes, um lugar lindo. Há um mercadinho e uma farmácia que dá até para ir a pé. Na mesma rua, pertinho, há uma Cafeteria Bistrô maravilhosa que atende até tarde (21h ou 22h uma coisa assim). As condições e instalações da propriedade devem ser melhoradas. O atendimento é excelente por todos os funcionários deixo o destaque ao Lucas e a Welem, inclusive os bolos são feitos por eles e todos que provamos estavam deliciosos 😋 😋 .

Ao chegar fomos recebidos pelo Tiago (rapaz que faz a manutenção), nos mostrou o quarto e foi bem gentil. No dia seguinte reparei que a ducha do banheiro estava quebrada e foi consertada, mostrando assim atenção no atendimento/solicitação do hóspede. Vi que a acomodação da hospedagem precisa de melhorias, como um wi-fi melhor, uma recepcionista (pois no período que a recepção quase sempre estava vazia), assim como o café da manhã precisa uma variedade melhor. Mas sendo sincero, isso não abalou em nada os pontos positivos: ótima localização, preço acessível, climatização e aconchego. Vejo que a pousada tem tudo pra evoluir e desejo sempre muito sucesso e se possível indicarei amigos para se hospedar com vocês!

Foi o melhor lugar que eu poderia ter escolhido para ficar! Fui muito bem recepcionada desde o primeiro dia. Sempre que precisei da limpeza do quarto fui atendida com muito carinho e capricho — trocavam tudo, desde os lençóis até as toalhas de banho, e o quarto ficava impecável, como no primeiro dia em que entrei. O ar-condicionado funcionava super bem, chuveiro quentinho e tudo muito confortável. A única coisa que não consegui ligar foi a TV, mas sinceramente nem fez falta, porque eu não estava lá para assistir televisão mesmo! O café da manhã era maravilhoso, tudo muito gostoso, mas preciso destacar os bolos: simplesmente perfeitos todos os dias! Me senti muito à vontade durante toda a estadia. Para mim, colchão e travesseiros fizeram toda diferença, muito confortáveis, e o silêncio para dormir era perfeito. Ameeei passar esses dias nesse lugar! E além de tudo, tão pertinho do mar!

A localização da pousa é ótima, a poucos passos da praia. Estrutura da pousada antiga, claramente precisando de manutenção. O quarto que ficamos tinha aquele cheiro de antigo, com roupas de cama e toalhas com manchas e não tinham um cheiro agradável. Colchão e travesseiros extremamente duros, saímos com dores nas costas e pescoço. A equipe de funcionários é atenciosa e muito educada. Café da manhã com o básico, neutro, não agrada nem desagrada.
