Konum olarak oldukça konforlu macaron sokağın hemen bir arka sokağı minibüs durakları ve iskeleye oldukça yakın aynı zamanda bir arka sokakta olduğu için macaron sokağın kalabalık gürültüsüne maruz kalmıyorsunuz.İşletme sahibi beyefendi oldukça nazik ve güler yüzlü.Konakladığımız 4 gün boyunca orada çalışmakta olan Ayten hanım güler yüzü ve ilgi alakası ile tatilimizi dahada olumlu geçmesini sağladı.Ayvalık hakkında her türlü bilgi alabilirsiniz.Görevi olmamasına rağmen üzerimizde büyük emeği var.Her şey için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. İşletmenin olumsuz yönlerine gelicek olursak kaldığımız odada sineklik bulunmuyordu.Ve Ayvalıkta sivri sinek maalesef ki ciddi bir sorun umarım en kısa sürede bu sorunu giderirler.Aynı zamanda genel olarak Ayvalıktaki tüm rum evlerinin sorunu yalıtım olmaması son gece gelen alt odamızdaki misafirlerin balkon keyfi yüzünden sabah 4 e kadar uyuyamadık ve maalesef ki son gün konaklamamız bizim içinde zehir oldu.Genel olarak tüm Ayvalıkta aynı sorun olduğu için bu konu biraz şans işi onun dışında her şey güzel ve yolunda tavsiye etmek isteyenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edeceğim bir işletme.

Konaklamadan oldukça memnun kaldık. Özellikle Ayten Hanım’a çok teşekkür ediyoruz kendisi çok ilgili ve samimi davrandı, konforlu bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Konaklamanın konumu da merkeze oldukça yakın. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Özellikle Aynur Hanım çok ilgiliydi. Bize çok yardımcı oldu. Tesis imkanları kısıtlı ama uygun fiyat isteyenler için gayet fp mekanıydı. Konum olarak bir tık içeride ama canlı sokaklara 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark yok ama yol kenarına park edebiliyorsunuz.
