Check in staff were helpful, and room was clean and well presented. The bathroom looked recently refurbished and the water was warm and the shower powerful. The beds felt a little saggy but we did sleep well. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the quality of the food and the service were both excellent.

Spa was great and staff were lovely but the room was in need of some tlc there was holes in the wall from previous fixings and the shower head was covered in mildew and limescale. The breakfast cost £15 per person and when it arrived to the table it looked nothing like a £15 breakfast which was a disappointing end to the stay unfortunately
