3 Jul 2026An excellent little hotel! The room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning was amazing. It worked better than most 4-star hotels. It's very centrally located, a half a block from the main plaza in the old city. It's just a few blocks from all the historical sites.
There is no reception. Remember to check your email for instructions on how to access the property. The best way to reach them is on WhatsApp. The staff is super helpful. There is always someone close by and sometimes, someone is even at the front desk (usually in the morning or at check out time).

20 Aug 2026We were really pleased with the hotel’s location in the heart of this historic city. The room was nice, clean, and modern, with enough space for a family of four for a night. We arrived a bit early, and we were allowed to enter the room to settle in with the young children on a very hot day, which was greatly appreciated. The check‑in and check‑out process was very smooth. The system for accessing the hotel and the room by typing a code on the screens was brilliant—much better than cards or keys. I wish more places would implement it.
We asked if we could leave our bags for a while after check‑out at 11 a.m. to explore the city and pass some time before travelling to our next destination, but this was denied due to a lack of space at the hotel. As a result, we found ourselves outside with our bags and two young children on a very hot day, trying to work out what to do and where to go. At the same time, another family of four was also struggling with their bags, trying to store them before check‑in at 3 p.m. We understand the lack of space; however, we felt the hotel management could have been more helpful by researching and being aware of nearby places where guests can store their luggage before check‑in or after check‑out. I think this would be very much appreciated by all customers.

29 Apr 2026The room had been stylishly remodeled. It was a bit small for travelers with two suitcases to open. I was not aware that there is no staffing at the hotel and everything is done by messaging, with front door code only sent at 15:00. We had 5 people waiting at the door trying to get in after arriving by train at noon. It is a big problem if you have to carry you luggage around for 3 hours if you can't drop it off at the hotel until check-in time. We had been sent a message to supply identity details, but it required a signature, and none of the 5 had any way to do that digitally. Most of the communication had to be done on WhatsApp, which we don't use, in order to function properly, including check out. Fortunately, the person in charge was on the premises and eventually let us in. She admonished us for arriving before 15:00, but she was friendly and took in everyone's luggage. She was very nice, but that doesn't change the fact we did not know it was an unstaffed hotel and we would normally not be able to leave our luggage. That said, it was a very good location, centrally located for our sightseeing.

30 Jul 2026La propriétaire de l’hôtel a été très gentille, accueillante et compréhensive lorsque nous avons dû changer de chambre. La description sur le site ne correspondait pas à la réalité concernant le coin cuisine (il s’agissait d’une erreur du site). Il n’y a qu’une seule chambre équipée d’un coin cuisine, qui est en réalité un studio. Pour notre deuxième nuit, elle a fait le nécessaire pour nous y installer, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et agréable. À noter qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, mais c’est tout à fait compréhensible puisqu’il s’agit d’un ancien immeuble situé dans la vieille ville.

24 Jul 2026Nous avons passé un petit séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en somme très content. Très bien situé proche des commerces et lieu agréable. Le parking est à quelque pas ce qui est parfait. La chambre est très propre et très bien décorée.La climatisation est un plus. L’équipe de réception est réactive et sympathique Je recommande vivement.

4 May 2026todo muy bien con la estancia. El único inconveniente el fuertísimo olor a productor de limpieza con ambientador que hizo que abriésemos la ventana durante varias horas. El olor a ambientador es excesivamente fuerte. Si lo podéis controlar será más agradable.
