The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall.

We loved our condo and it had everything we needed for our family of four. There were no other guests around us so we really had free roam of the amazing pool with a slide, pool toys, lounge chairs, and cornhole. The communication was not successful with the Expedia “message host” option, but the host sent us #s if we needed to reach them. We had a couple instances where we needed a quick response and did not get it either way. All in all, we would definitely stay again and recommend the condo. The location was centrally located and everything we wanted to do was within 5 to 30 minutes at most. I was worried about the heat and humidity on this trip, but the condo AC was a perfect retreat for all of us this week.

I was extremely disappointed with this property. There was mold visible on the outside of the door, and the inside floors were absolutely filthy and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The bathtub had pubic hair in it, and the shower was also dirty and unsanitary. I called to report the issues and requested to be moved to a different property. The representative who answered said she would call me back, but I didn't receive a return call until six hours later. By that time, I had no choice but to stay where I was. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property
