The staff are so kind and helpful. They have excellent pick up service. The location is quiet, and away from the main streets, yet walking distance to the ancient town, which is very busy and commercial. Rooms are spacious and great view on the roof terrace

It was a good stay for us, the room was clean, staff very friendly, but if you are a non smoker, there's second hand smoke in the breakfast area or common areas, which is typical of most properties as the staff smoke. The breakfast is suited for Chinese travelers, so if you are accustomed to a western style breakfast, you won't find it here.
