Feeling Zen at Zenitude.

We had a wonderful four night stay at Zenitude. Staff was friendly and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Loved our heated towels. Enjoyed our patio facing green outdoor area. We loved that the parking garage had its exit practically right under our room! Yes, I was feeling Zen at Zenitude!

Unbelievably shocking place. The reception closes for 3 hours everyday. If you to wait around like an idiot for 3 hours if you come during those hours. It’s a 2 star dump- don’t waste your time. I also wanted to leave my bags there while I went to the store etc. they shut it down at 12 noon. I went at 12.15 to ask if I could just leave my bags for a couple of hours- they refused. Absolutely zero customer service or hospitality. Avoid this place. Do yourself a favour

La piscine est un peu petite mais je pense qu'elle sert surtout à se rafraîchir, il vaut mieux profiter de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Le seul bémol : la durée du check in, un peu longue.
