The Piano Guesthouse is a unique property, and my husband and I enjoyed staying there. Eleanor was lovely all around - friendly in welcoming us to the house and helpful with tips about Ghent. Some parts of our room could have been cleaned better, but overall, it was a good home base for exploring Ghent on foot.

Check in easy (code to get key). Good central location- easily walkable. Room was a nice size & had everything we needed. Comfy bed. We struggled getting the a/c working (suspect that was a user issue) so would have liked some instructions on that.

La qualità prezzo è ottima e la camera molto bella e pulita ma il caldo è stato un problema perché dopo aver spento l’aria condizionata non è stato più possibile riaccenderla. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza e ci hanno risposto che l’avrebbero accesa da remoto mentre noi eravamo in giro ma al nostro ritorno ancora non era possibile regolare la temperatura e faceva caldo. Inoltre non è stato un gran problema ma è da tener presente che non c’è ascensore e le camere sono al secondo piano.
