22 Sept 2026The bed was comfortable and everything worked well other than there was no battery in the smoke detector, and you heard everybody with the thin walls. I also didn’t like the fact it was a smoke free room and it smelled like someone smoked in it that day.

12 Oct 2026The basics in the room were functional. The bathroom heater/fan wasn't working. The sink was partially clogged. The tv's power outlet was for some reason on the same circuit as the light switch for the lamp. Non of these were terribly inconvenient but could be addressed. The worst part was rhe in-between door to the next room. I could hear everything my loud neighbors were discussing. Non-stop. From 0500 to about 2300.
Other than that, the room was adequate and waterproof (it rained the one day, nothing got in. Yay!)

28 Aug 2026The staff was very nice. A lot of people smoking even cleaning staff outside my room. It smelled of smoke in my room & weed. They put a non smoking sign on my door. I had to keep air conditioning on. Just had a stench smell to my room. Even my belongings smelled of smoke when I left.

15 Sept 2026We had reservations to stay in a stand alone cabin. It was beyond shabby and dirty. There were stains on the bedspread, the headboard was very scratched up. The AC at was filthy and extremely loud. The mattress was scratched up on the bottom and appeared to be quite old. The windows were filthy and dusty and clearly had not been washed in a long time. There were dead bugs on the carpet under the bed. There were no hooks to hang clothing, not one. There was a closet in the room I assumed was for clothing, it was a water heater. I don't believe we even looked in the bathroom. We did not stay there, we didn't even bother to unpack most of our stuff. Now, to be fair, I cannot say for sure whether or not the standard hotel rooms are in the same state of disrepair, but STAY AWAY from the cabins.

30 Aug 2026Came in late Friday night- the woman working was very friendly and helpful. Went to the room and the AC was 64 and turned it up to 78. Quickly changed and left to meet up with friends. Didn’t come back that night as we ended up staying up until the next morning since we all hadn’t been together in almost 20 years. A friend and I previously planned to share the room when I booked, and we came back to the room that morning. We walked in and were hit hard with an overpowering cigarette smell. I think I hadn’t noticed the night before bc the AC was so cold. I checked the dress I laid out for the funeral and it reeked like smoke so badly I ended up not even wearing it. My friend has allergies so we could not stay in the room- she couldn’t stop sneezing. Also, we didn’t want to show up smelling like old cigarettes, especially since we don’t smoke. We went to the front desk and asked if we could cancel the second night. She said no. So we grabbed our things and stayed with a friend. There was no way we could sleep in that room. My clothes in my backpack (and my backpack) all smelled. Ironically on the door a sign states “non smoking room” and there’s a second one in the room itself. This was a last min trip but I wish I’d done my research. IYKYK. I think they should have at least refunded the second night since they put us in a room that has very obviously been smoked in many times despite the signs, and we could not stay in there.

22 Jun 2026The room was scary dirty, bugs running around out in the open like they paid rent or something! Pubic hair all over the moldly shower (bugs in the shower too). We paid for the stay thru Expedia and once we arived and saw how filthy it was we didn't stay (we saw plenty of bugs but just imagine the ones that come out at night ,the ones we didnt see, The ones that make you have to throw out all you belongings , nope! No Thank you! We asked for our money back but they said NO tried shifting the blame on Expedia ( Expedia handled this as best as they could, We understood there was a no cancelation on the reservation but they did give $20 Key Credit) so if you prefer to learn from others and not at your own expense take our advice and drive stright pass The Pineapple Inn through the lights on the right hand side and go to THE NIGHTS INN 1/2 mile up the road.
