8/10 Very good

The parking situation was an unpleasant surprise. We were also unaware that the kitchen was communal.

8/10 Very good

This was a good choice and I would stay again. It was a little tricky getting through the walkway and up the steps with luggage, but not horrible. The room I stayed in was next to the street light, which stayed on all night. This was the only bad thing. The room never got dark, the blinds didn’t block the street light, and there were no curtains on the two windows. Because of this, I woke up frequently. I wish I had an eye mask! Other than that, I would stay again, it was close to everything, and I did morning runs in the harbor which was a great way to start the day.

4/10 Fair

The entrance to our apartment was down a narrow alleyway to the back of the building. Then steep stairs to our apartment. Everything was pretty minimalistic. The 2 beds were close to the floor, they only gave us 2 small toilet paper rolls for our 3 night stay (had to buy some & Kleenex). A very small kitchen. Had to use bathroom for water & to clean plates, silverware, etc. The kitchen table was in bad shape, burned areas & the chairs were unsteady (screws missing). I wouldn’t recommend seniors to use this apartment. A nightmare lugging our suitcases down the stairs. I had to call someone to find towels (were on a rack in the small closet). No way to adjust the AC unless you get the code to the ground floor kitchen (another phone call). Would never book this place again.
