Great location, close to a trolly station. It was perfect for 3 people or 5. The only thing is the hot water only lasts about 8 minutes or so but other than that it was great.

Minha experiência no Graça Terrace by Homing foi muito positiva, principalmente pela localização e pela proposta de apartamento completo, que traz bastante autonomia durante a estadia. O ponto mais forte, na minha opinião, é a localização no bairro da Graça, uma região muito agradável de Lisboa, com fácil acesso a miradouros, pontos turísticos e transporte. Isso facilita muito o deslocamento e permite viver a cidade de forma mais autêntica. O apartamento em si é espaçoso e bem equipado, com cozinha e estrutura que permitem uma estadia confortável, principalmente para grupos ou famílias. A sensação é de estar em um “lar temporário”, o que ajuda bastante em viagens mais longas. Por outro lado, por ser um imóvel de gestão por empresa, o atendimento pode ser um pouco menos prático em alguns momentos, especialmente em questões de check-in e comunicação. Também é importante ficar atento aos horários e regras, já que há cobranças adicionais para check-in tardio. No geral, eu recomendo bastante para quem quer ficar em Lisboa com mais liberdade, em uma região excelente e com boa relação entre espaço, localização e conforto.
