Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The host was unresponsive before our arrival and throughout our stay, only getting back to us after we had already checked out, despite our attempts to make contact. There were no basic essentials provided, such as toilet paper. The bathroom door lock was also broken, meaning we had to use the toilet and shower without being able to lock the door, which was uncomfortable . The Wi-Fi was not connecting, making it difficult to access the internet. The fridge also had no freezer compartment, which was inconvenient, especially for guests staying for a longer period or wanting to buy food in bulk. Additionally, the outside surroundings were not particularly neat or well maintained, with bins contributing to an untidy appearance. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, and the lack of basic essentials, maintenance issues and poor communication from the host made the stay frustrating. These are basic standards that guests should reasonably expect when booking accommodation.
