Do not trust this company.
When I checked out there was no mention of any additional charge. When I got home my credit card had been charged. I contacted their customer service to ask what this related to. Got an email confirming they had received my query and they would respond in 7 days. I emailed them 3 more times. They never replied. They never told me why they took my money without my consent. They never returned my money. This is extremely dishonest.

The staff and service were super friendly and wonderful. They are best part of the hotel experience. The music at the roof top bar went on until 2 and 3 am whole week so maybe turn down the music so hotel guests can sleep.
