When we arrived home after over a month on holiday and I was helping one of our little boys fall asleep despite jet-lag, he asked me, "Dad, when are we going home?" I replied, "We are home", and he in turn "No, I mean home with Mongie and George" -- the manager and the owner of Tsitouras Collection, respectively. Despite a month of travels through half a dozen countries that started out visiting overseas family and then sightseeing while staying in many fine hotels, just a few days at the end in the Tsitouras Collection, and our children concluded that was home. That is just how unlike the many impersonal luxury hotels this is while still being thoroughly luxurious, and how the Tsitouras Collection team treat you like family.
From a demanding traveller's perspective, the hotel itself and its location are spectacular, lacking in nothing and a pleasure to come home to at each day's end, and to wake up in after a lazy sleep-in. If traveling with two little angels like ours, be prepared to keep a sharp eye out so they don't do anything silly as there are plenty of dangerous heights, but it's quite manageable.
Our children aren't the only ones who can't wait to go back.
