The property overall was clean, plumbing could use serious upgrades, sink faucet completely rusted but otherwise, nice convenient place to stay. Close to everything around in West Palm.

Excellent hotel for a last minute booking on Halloween night. Value was good and the room was large and comfortable. The hotel area is clean and the bed and showers up to date and comfortable. Only downside was that our A/C was very noisy when it started up. Otherwise, great deal and good room.

Problems getting the right room I had booked. Was sent to 4 different rooms until I was given the appropriate room. Place is ran down. Has a nice pool. I'd stay again for the location. Just don't expect much.

When we first arrived we were given a room which reeked of mildew. The staff was nice and moved us right away. I was shocked when the room was only cleaned once despite the hotel rates.... I asked for it to be done on Monday and was told it would not be a problem but no-one showed up. We asked to delay our departure two hours and were told that we had to pay an additional $50 despite the fact that they had already cancelled our room key.

When I travel to Wellington, I always stay at The Royal Inn! The staff is very helpful, understanding and sweet! I always feel safe there, because I often stay there by myself. The rooms have always been clean, and the location is perfect. Many restaurants in the area.
Relaxing bye the pool in March! The pool was clean and absolutely marvelous!

The very kind lady named Sandra checked me in and was there to check me out of this very nice stay and I really like the property with the biggest pool I have seen shaped as Mickey Mouse and the beautiful lake at the back of the property, which is so serene with all the birds. It gave me peace and harmony there and thank you!
