The staff was outstanding exclamation point the location is in the heart of the old town, so perfect place for exploring. We found so many interesting restaurants, including the Blue Elephant and a restaurant in the corner that makes homemade Roti.

AC was excellent, staff were very helpful.
Room was small but adequate, only issue was bed is long, several times my wife and I hit the low wooden end on our shin or foot.
The Hotel is very authenticate 1920's beautifully furnished in the old style.
Free snacks during the day were very welcome as was the rose water.
Hotel is located in a safe walkable area, if a vist to old phuket is your plan you could not douch better than the On On Hotel

What a stunning hotel - it's decorated like a movie set, and one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. Very clean and good AC. It was nice they provide drinks and snacks from 7am - 7pm as there is no restaurant or breakfast provided. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was very noisy - take ear plugs. The room and bed were very comfortable.

The hotel has a modern antiquated feel to it, making it nostalgic. The room was very clean and properly maintained. The staff was friendly and very easy to communicate with and eager to assist. I enjoyed my solo travel. My only complaint was noise from construction on one of the days that I was attempting to sleep in. Overall, it was a dope vibe. Would definitely stay again
