Staff were very good, hotel is very impressive. Alas, the noise from the traffic is loud, the rooms would benefit from a significant upgrade to the double-glazed patio doors to the balconies, if I stayed again, then I would book a smaller room facing away from the expressway.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful and had such an easy, relaxing feel to it. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they paid attention to the little things, and it really showed. Breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short getaway. I honestly wish we had stayed longer. Definitely a place I’d choose again on our next trip. Thank you for the great experience!

Irene at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, Frantz, Alvin, and Moses from guest support were consistently attentive, and Ruth at the Balcony Bar delivered excellent service.
The strong leadership of GM Hakiki is clearly reflected in the team. Exceptional service throughout — I’ll definitely be back.
