Staff were very good, hotel is very impressive. Alas, the noise from the traffic is loud, the rooms would benefit from a significant upgrade to the double-glazed patio doors to the balconies, if I stayed again, then I would book a smaller room facing away from the expressway.

My stay at Villa Rosa Kempinski was excellent. I can't speak highly enough. The service was spectacular, fast, efficient, friendly on all fronts including front desk, room service, housekeeping, everything. All calls to guest services were answered promptly as were calls to order room service. The staff is beyond excellent. HIGHLY recommend.
