Beaucoup de points négatifs qui n’étaient pas mentionnés sur l’annonce : frais de ménage payants et obligatoires, l’accès aux piscines n’est pas toujours gratuit et la literie est plus que déplorable.

camere sporche piene di formiche, posto troppo caro rispetto a ciò che ti offrono, anche la biancheria asciugamani è a pagamento, non ti danno la wi-fi per connettersi ad internet inventando scuse ogni volta che veniva richiesta, la piscina inclusa nel prezzo è una pozzanghera, le altre sono a pagamento, non c'è il condizionatore in nessuna stanza, formiche ovunque anche in bagno seppur avevano fatto le pulizie, camera consegnata il primo giorno non pulita. troppo caro per gli standard

Bien = le prix, la vue et l'apéro. Le reste NUL
Il faut être clair, on ne loue pas cet appartement pour sa qualité, mais pour son prix. Si nous avions eu un plus grand budget, nous aurions évidemment pris autre chose! Qui veut d'un endroit avec des chiens qui hurlent tous les matins à 5h40 et le coq à 7h10 et de la musique du bar qui termine vers 1h du mat? Sans parler du canapé lit avec un énorme trou et du bruit de l'écoulement des WC non stop? La piscine a trop de chlore. Nous n'avons pas cuisiner, hormis faire le café le matin, mais sachez que le matériel de cuisine est vraiment spartiate et le matériel nettoyage inexistant! J'ai lu dans les commentaires que l'appartement était bien situer. Il faut savoir que chaque activité demande + d'1h-1h30 de trajet. A refaire, nous serions aller 4 jours vers Cala Galone, 2 jours Alghero, 3 jours Stintino/Ste Teresa/iles maddalena. Maintenant les points positifs : Rien à redire sur l'accueil, le restaurant/bar dépanne bien lorsqu'on ne voulait pas manger à l'extérieur. La vue est belle, boire un mocchito au bar super et la nourriture est correct. Mais prenez absolument un véhicule de location et le Guide du Routard, car sinon vos vacances vont être très restreinte si cela se résume à ce complexe hôtelier et la plage de badesi/isola rossa! Nous avons aimé : les agritourismo dans les terres, faire du snorkelling à Castelsardo avec sea project, passer la journée à Stintino et faire l'excursion en zodiac avec Astrosub, voir la Corse depuis Ste-Teresa.

Apartamentos para familias y largas estancias
Reserve, junto a mi pareja, 1 noche. En la descripcion de Expedia ponen que la recepcion abre hasta las 20:30, y en su web tambien. Llegamos a las 19:55 y estaba cerrada. Tuvimos que hacer una llamada telefonica (internacional) para que nos abran (a cargo nuestro, claro). Al llegar nos indican que la reserva, la estancia de 1 noche, esta pagada; pero la limpieza no. Nos cobran 50e en por ese concepto. Total de las 14h que ha durado mi estancia alli, incluida la hora de sueño: 50 (limpieza) + 42 (1noche) = 97e. Leer bien la letra pequeña. El apartamento: el baño vacio (ni toallas, ni jabon, secador roto, etc...), la television de juguete (tu palma de la mano es mas grande que la pantalla). Etc...

DA DIMENTICARE
Ritenevo fosse un hotel ma così non è, per cui, pagato ormai online il soggiorno, ho dovuto appurare che benché per una sola notte erano dovuti € 50,00 per le pulizie ed ho dovuto versare € 100,00 di cauzione sempre al check-in( poi restituita al check-out): purtroppo non ho letto sino in fondo all'atto della prenotazione.
Per fortuna c'erano le lenzuola ma non c'erano asciugamani, non previsti, e incredibilmente NON E' DOTATA DI CLIMATIZZATORE!!!!!
E' stato un incubo....caldo umido pazzesco che costringeva lasciare aperta la finestra della camera da letto e del bagno prive di zanzariere e che si trova al piano terra della strada di accesso al vasto complesso con passaggio continuo di auto e persone!!!
Ma come si fa a vendere alloggi in Agosto in Sardegna non climatizzati?
TUTTO DA DIMENTICARE, a prescindere dal costo, superiore ad un buon Hotel 3 stelle, è stata una sofferenza.

Hemos estado una semana y el sitio muy bien. Bien localizado si lo que quieres es ver el norte de Cerdeña. Apartamento sencillo pero suficiente para ir a descansar mientras recorres la isla.
Lo malo es que habia hormigas en la cocina-comedor.
El personal del bar un encanto: Patricia y Luca.

il formicaio in una bellissima Sardegna
La Sardegna e' stupenda e La Maddalena lo e' ancora di più!! Unico disappunto l'aver alloggiato in un formicaio, formiche dappertutto!! E aver perso l'ultimo giorno di vacanza aspettando che ci venisse restituito 100 euro che, inspiegabilmente, avevamo dovuto lasciare come cauzione.

Les chiens qui aboient toute la nuit résidence en travaux pendant nos trois semaines de vacances des 7 h du matin la pelleteuse les tailles haies la soufflette etc

Ottima location proprietari gente squisita, bagni e materassi e frigorifero un po' obsoleti e scarsa pulizia delle pareti essendo una zona vergine si formano molte ragnatele. Nonostante si paga 60 euro per la pulizia finale. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti anche perché alla fine economico e con un panorama da sogno e ben collegato. Buone vacanze

Ho trovato difficoltà nel trovare la reception (3 tappe) e tempi lunghi per il check-in. I locali erano puliti e arredati esclusivamente con l'essenziale. Nessun articolo per il bagno, ma soprattutto niente asciugamani che, se richiesti, dovevano essere pagati a parte. Inoltre si deve pagare la pulizia per quando di effettua il check-out. Pertanto un soggiorno di tre giorni ha avuto un costo aggiuntivo di € 64,00.

Never again through Hotels.com
This is also a review of my experience with booking this hotel through Hotels.com. I had the most negative experience possible, Hotels.com and the hotel shifting responsability to the other party and me as a customer caught in between. I ended up paying substantially higher price than the initially agreed one, which I am not happy about and feel cheated by Hotels.com.
The apartments itself are extremely basic. Rooms basic (kitchen minimally equipped, enough if you cook simple dinner), but overall clean enough. Bathroom was mouldy, shower leaking water everywhere, nothing to wipe the floor.They charge for 'extras' (only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided, bathroom towels are 7eur/person, final cleaning 50 eur, but you have to clean the kitchen by yourself...).
The views are nice, good location for exploring this region. Reccomend the Caffe on the premises.You need a car as there is nothing in the village itself.
Overall would be decent apartment hotel for the price if I was not forced to pay higher price. Very dissatisfied with Hotels.com conduct of the issue.

...soggiorno perfetto...piccola casa in residence accogliente pulita riservata...perfetta anche per la nostra piccola bambina...vicino alla spiaggia e al paese...vicina ad altri luoghi d interesse e a spiaggie meravigliose...titolari gentilissimi...ci hanno offerto un ottima sistemazione. ..oltre a quella che era la nostra richiesta...la zona in se assolutamente meravigliosa e non cara...

Relax in sardegna
Ottima sistemazione per chi desisera girare in auto nelle più belle spiagge tra s. Teresa di Gallura e stintino. Residence bello e accogliente, il nostro appartamento era vista mare con tramonto compreso. Nel complesso appartamento carino, titolari gentili....assolutamente da acquistare il vino della loro cantina, buonissimo!!!

Für den Preis überraschend gut
Wir waren Ende September zu einem unglaublich günstigen Preis dort. Die Anmeldung dauerte furchtbar lange, weil scheinbar alles Gäste dieses Dumping-Angebot gebucht haben und gleichzeitig ankommen. Doch das Appartement überraschte uns sehr. Sehr groß, sauber, top Lage.
Negativ aufgefallen ist neben der erwähnten Wartezeit die Gebühr von € 50,- für die Endreinigung. Außerdem € 100 Kaution. Hier sieht man, dass man versucht, noch ein bisschen dazu zu verdienen. Bei dem Preis aber kein Wunder.
Ansonsten ist aber wirklich alles positiv zu bewerten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der wirklich sehr schöne Sandstrand nur ein paar Minuten entfernt (mit dem Auto).
Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Gute Erwartung aber sehr enttäuschend im Abschluss
Nett gelegen und eigentlich nicht unhübsche Anlage, aber ungepflegt.
Mülltüten lagen herum und Säcke voller alter Wäsche.
Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, laute Nachbarn sind der Alptraum.
Was den Eindruck absoult trübte ist die unverschämte Abzocke:
- Zimmerendreinigung 40 Euro !
- Poolbenutzung ( wenn man 5x4m Wasserbecken so Pool nennen darf ) 3 Euro pro Tag
- Keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer ! Es gab welche an der Rezeption für 2,50 / Stk und Tag
- Toilettenpapier ist Mangelware - Wir haben dann selber welches gekauft
- Die betten sind unterirdisch.....man spürt jede Metallstrebe durch die immerhin 5 cm dicke Auflage
- Keine Zimmerreinigung während des Aufenthaltes.
- Die Hälfte der Lampen im Zimmer funktionierte nicht
Positiv anzuführen war der große Gasherd und die ausreichende Ausstattung mit Geschirr
Negativ war das Schulterzucken und Abwinken auf unsere Nachfrage nach Handtüchern etc.
Wer nicht zahlt .....selber schuld !!
Zu unserer Reisezeit Mitte September war der Ort schon sehr ausgestorben und man muss schon suchen, bis man einen Bar oder Pizzaria findet.

Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cafe in der Anlage ist gut, haben dort morgens gerne einen Kaffee getrunken. Leider viele Haare im Bad des Appartements. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Für junge Reisende bis 30 und Kurzaufenthalte ist die Unterkunft ok. Wenig Ausstattung und Comfort, aber für den günstigen Preis absolut in Ordnung. Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort.

Un soggiorno in tranquillità con la famiglia ed amici, l'unico punto negativo la presenza all'interno del residence di anfiteatro e piscina comunale in completo stato di abbandono.
L'alloggio era in sufficienti condizioni manutentive, pulito. Mancava aria condizionata ma il tempo in quei giorni è stato clemente.
