We had an amazing time at the Ancient Sands hotel. The facilities were amazing, great pools, good restaurant and very easy to move around from the hotel to the city center. The hotel provides you shuttle to and from the city center and they have an exclusive beach only for who is staying at the hotel. The breakfast is also delicious!

The hotel is cozy and had a lot of Christmas themed activities and complimentary drinks & snacks. Apartments are clean and nice, though every one is different than the other but all of them are nice. Breakfast was also good. Staff were exceptional.

Its new big resort, Its clean, comfort and has a nice view over pool or Golf! The staff are really nice and helphul, they have shuttle buses go to the beach, dowtown and Marina, just less than 5 min away! the breakfast was nice but has no varities, may be cause there were not alot of people. We loved it and for sure will go again.

The hotel is new, clean, big rooms and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the marina and downtown so you will need a transportation. Pools are very small with no activity.

I went there in the beginning of September 2016, hotel location and view is more than perfect I stayed in 3 bed rooms golf villa I already checked the regular rooms and 2 bed room apartment and all was amazing when it comes to the view, amenities, and cleanness the stuff were very friendly and helpful hotel restaurant and piazza restaurant inside the hotel were amazing when it comes to the food quality and value. Simply I will recommend this hotel for anyone planning to go to gonna and specially the 3 bed rooms villa

Won't do it again! Not the service of a 5 stars!

The hotel is beautiful. The room and restroom are spacious and comfortable. But ZERO cleanliness!! I took pics to complain to the manager and after taking serious notes he only offered me a coffee :) The staff are nice but not so professional, again for a 5 Stars Hotel. Waiters are nice and friendly but they all knew my name after I gave my room number for breakfast check Only "paid" WiFi available in the rooms. For a five starts hotel, I think they can allow free WiFi for at least one device. They are extremely slow!!! Took them 3 hours to room deliver dinner. Okay I would recommend it if you don't mind making sure they have cleaned your bathroom properly, without leaving any hair all over the place and washed your mugs with soap instead of simply rinsing them with water that you could still smell the coffee :) And talking about smell, the closets are sooo smelly I think because of the "new" paint (since April maybe, not so new). My friend couldn't wear her clothes from the closets in her room while I kept the doors open in mine. Next time I would certainly book a hotel in Marina, cheaper and with less expectations. And at least I would be near the places and restaurants in Marina, could go walking instead taking the TocToc that I enjoyed though.
