Excellent overall, and very good value
Overall I think I’d have to say I was quite happy with the room and the exceptionally comfortable king size bed and cleanliness, the issue was not with the cleaning staff who did a really good job , but with the general run down feel of the hotel . I had the English breakfast a couple of times and thought it was very good and very reasonably priced , the pool was excellent and very clean . But the main issue was with communication with the hotel using the number on the website, I tried to call them a number of times to arrange the “shuttle bus” or at least find it ! But the number either rang out or was unobtainable, I also called the U.K. number the agent was helpful but he had a similar issue and suggested I just got a taxi and they would give me 3% discount off my next booking ( about £5) , finally I paid 2000 baht for a taxi . The receptionist was disinterested with my complaint when I arrived and just said there was an issue with that phone number ! I’d was too tired and happy to finally be there to take the issue any further . So not letting the communication problem cloud my judgment I would say I was happy with my choice and would probably go there again next time.
