This hotel was OK for a 2 night stay. We had reserved 2 rooms and 1 of our rooms was not cleaned when we checked in. We had to move to another room. Some staff was very helpful, while others didn't seem to know what they were doing. The traffic noise was very loud day and night.

Shuttle service good, must reserve in advance. Walkable to sights in town though a little further than other downtown hotels. Helpful and friendly staff. Value about average for pricey Juneau in summer.
