Excellent location - close to subway station and so many convenience stores. Helpful front desk staff. Being able to do laundry on-site was great too. Clear sidewalk (no ice!) in front of hotel was a relief.

Fantastic location, comfy mattress...
Fantastic location, 20 min walk downtown.
Parking is JPY1000 per night. No mention of this on hotel.com website, hopefully that will change now.
The rear of hotel has scaffolding all the way up it so had to ask for another room. Requested non smoking but put on floor 10 which WAS smoking. Floor 11 is ALL non smoking which is handy to know.
Requested extra pillow and had a knock at the door at 2am to deliver 😱

Great location, clean rooms.
Parking fee applies of 1000 JPY per night although not mentioned in hotel.com info. Very comfortable room, clean. Eslking distance of downtown ..20 mins. Breakfast chargeable. Did not try, handy SeicoMart and 7/11 next to hotel for cheaper breakfast.

Great hotel with big rooms. Nice bathroom with moderately sized bath and vanity. Beds and pillows are comfy and there was a couch in our room. Overall pretty good hotel, would recommend.
Opposite a park and a short walk from the nightlife and restaurants of Susukino.

Very nice hotel in great place
Good hotel. Very nice lobby, very big room (compared to other hotels in Japan), nice bath. We sent our lagged to the hotel using Yamato service and it wait for us in the room when we checked in. The hotel is in a quiet area but 10 minutes walk from Sapporo's night life area and 2 minutes walk from subway station. Accidentally we ordered smoking room. The smell wasn't that bad and we were OK.
We are very happy from our stay in this hotel.

Will be better if the room is slightly bigger
8days trip with 2 friends, the hotel is very accessible to restaurant and shopping. However the superior room with a sofa bed for 3 adults is abit too tight. Reception is friendly and patience to answer all our queries.

Overall is good hotel in heart of the city with very convenient nearby subway like 2 min walk!!! Though the bed mattress we stayed in a triple single is too soft and causing bit of backache.

Great Location, Good Value
We came to Sapporo for a romantic weekend without any idea of the city. The hotel is conveniently located to a metro station 3 stops from the central train station and is a block away from a streetcar stop. It's near to the entrance to Nakajima Park, which has lovely waterways and a concert hall. We were lucky to be there to see the sakura (cherry blossoms) in all their glory. The hotel and room are very basic but clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet includes Japanese, Chinese and Western food. The staff were friendly and polite and their English was generally good.

Nice hotel to stay to tour around Sapporo
The only discomfort is that the hotel heating temperature set at 25C, even there is a temperature panel for adjustment, it would not reduce the hot air blowing into the room. It was 1C outside, I need to wear a T shirt in order not to sweat. The room is small, but at the rate being charged, I still think it is good value for the money.

Good Overall
This hotel was ok, location was easy access to Susukino, we were given a huge room with a huge bathroom (free upgrade), biggest complaint was water temperature in shower kept varying between luke warm and scalding hot with no warning.
