Basic motel. Beds were ok, sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean, lots of hot water. We stayed in the back it was very quiet. Reasonable price. There was a pool but we didn't use it. Spent 3 nights , room got cleaned and beds made everyday. Wifi was fast and free. Owners were onsite and working and pleasant. I would reccomend this place and would stay again.

This a basic room where you want to spend more money on your vacation interest than on a room. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We did notice that in the back area of the motel that the rooms did not have a closet or anyway of hanging clothes up so we hung ours up from the standing lamp. They also did not have a microwave in our room. Pool was green but it is late in the season and we weren't going to use it anyway but someone may have wanted to. Overall it was an ok place to sleep and then get on with your vacation.

The Briarcliff was the perfect choice for our 1 night in North Conway. Our room faced the pool, for a quick swim, there was a very comfortable King bed, needed after a long drive and was conveniently located next to a great restaurant (Muddy Moose)and Outlet Shopping (Settlers Green).
