Excellent customer service by the front desk. They made our stay very pleasant and they were very attentive. The location is perfect; you can walk to all the sites in the Historic Center. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom. But that wasn't a concern for a solo traveler. Very good temperature control. The ice machine broke down for several days.

No frills and affordable. Great location close to everything. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was actually really really good. Chilaquiles and eggs and meat along with yogurt and fresh OJ! The room was tiny, and I bonked my head a few times on the wall TV. One of the lights was also not working. But the shower worked fine and the service was excellent.
