Very good stay, quiet and safe. Walking distance from the beach and main strip with loads of restaurants for food options. Nearby beach clubs /restaurants in the day and the use of a day pass in their 5* sister hotel across the road which was great!

Excellent service from all the staff. They really do care about their guests. Location is convenient with local busses to the airport and beach about 2 minutes walk. Lots to do in the area. The hotel has 3 pools, all well maintained and clean around the decking/sunlounger. Breakfast buffet had everything you could imagine. Really can’t fault this hotel we had a fab time.

Dirty dishes in dinning area food plates not washed right . Food is terrible compared to Other HM hotels I’ve stayed in . Hairs in shower walls paper thin . Entrance of the hotel stinks of urine worse hotel I’ve stayed in .

I was charged an extra €140 for an upgrade from a single bed room to a double bed room, was given two single beds that were not joined together which meant my partner and myself were unable to sleep comfortably together without falling between the two beds which made paying the extra €140 a bit of a rip off as during our four night stay we only used the one single bed originally booked. and when I brought this to the attention of the staff, we were just given a cheap bottle of prosecco as some kind of compensation. Very disappointed.

Sehr modernes Hotel. Tolle Poolanlage. Nahe am Strand (Ballermann). Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hat ein kleines, aber modernes Fitnessstudio. Preise (Frühstück und Cocktails) eher hoch.

Ich fand es an sich echt gut, da ich Raucherin bin (ich weiß ist nicht gut) habe ich mich für einen Balkon entschieden. Naja leider haben wir vor Ort erfahren dort ist Rauchen überall verboten. Das war das einzige was ich negativ finde aber sonst sehr gut. Super nettes und kompetentes Personal und keiner der Pool war auch

Molto disponibili e gentili alla reception sia José il manager bravissimo che la ragazza riccia bravissima !!!a dare consigli per i ristoranti si formava se era andato bene e sui posti da vedere e anche il ragazzo giovane della mattina aiutava a trovarti il modo di andare alle spiaggie e essendo a piedi con o bus sempre pronti a consigliarti e sempre pronti ad aiutarti con le inf dove mangiare le spiagge da visitare

Das Hotel an sich ist eigentlich ganz schön. Es ist recht sauber und schön eingerichtet. Trotzdem habe ich schon deutlich bessere 4 Sterne Hotels gesehen. Ein Problem war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht so kalt wurde. Das Frühstück ist gut, allerdings ist der Speisesaal im Keller, was irgendwie nicht so schön ist. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht so schön. Es gibt drei Pools, die alle sehr klein sind. Insgesamt hat der Außenbereich und die Pool Landschaft eher Hinterhof Charakter bzw ist es im Hinterhof und die Aussicht nicht so schön. Für uns (Mädelstrip mit Ballerman Besuch) war das Hotel gut und ausreichend, für einen „echten“ Urlaub, würde ich es allerdings nicht buchen.
