I should have known it was going to be rough when the automatic sliding front door was broken and an employee had to manually open it. Check in was rough, why did I need to upload my ID and credit card if you were going to do the same thing when I show up? I was given the wrong room when I checked in and I'm am about recycling but giving my a key card holder that has been used and has the room number scribbled it and rewritten three times is a little excessive. The coffee table in my room was falling apart and I was scared to put anything on our of fear of breaking it. The sofa had a leg fall off so sitting there wasn't an option. There were 2 TV remotes, one of which was apparently for the cable box but barely worked then once I did get the cable box on, none of the stations were included in the plan. Why bother having TVs in the room is you can't watch anything. There's no elevator and the carpet in the stairs and hallways looked like it was from the 90s and hasn't been maintained since. For what they are charging for these rooms, they should be ashamed. I am 100% avoiding this place if I ever come back through this town.
