Stayed here for one week and had a fantastic stay. Firstly the hotel is in a fantastic location close to the subway station, Lana temple and shops and restaurants. The room was well proportioned, had everything I needed with snacks and water provided. The bed and pillows might be one of the best quality and most comfortable I have slept on - I slept really well during my stay. The breakfast was okay, but the breakfast room was very small and a little claustrophobic! By far the best thing about this hotel was the housekeeping staff and quality - everyday I came back to an immaculate room which was serviced and restocked. The hotel is a little noisy first thing in the morning but that’s easily solved with earplugs.

What a great stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to many attractions, the metro, and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay hear every time I visit Beijing. FYI, use AMap not Google map. Google has the correct address but pins it incorrectly.

A little bit quirky which adds to the charm. Hallways look a little run down but the room was spotless and new. They offer snacks for free at different times of the day and the breakfast was both Chinese and western and changed every day. I had a bit of a problem finding the place, the taxi driver finally was able to find it, it is tucked away down a lane way. Handy to the metro, out of the hotel area turn right to the end of the lane. The temple metro is to the left and the Beixingiao metro to the right. Lots of shops and eating places nearby.

There are several hotels of the same name in the chain, nearby to each other, so make sure that you go by the address on the booking not the map directions which were wrong on Expedia for our booking.

There was a really good Texas barbecue restaurant right next to the hotel and the staff was very friendly. The beer was incredible and probably some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had much better than 90% of the places I been even in Texas. The hotel staff was friendly. And a short walk to the main street are plenty of dining options as well as other shops for any essential items you might need.

Excellent stay. Five stars. The front desk staff stood out. They were helpful from the moment I arrived and handled the language barrier with patience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Breakfast was fresh and well organized each morning. Wi Fi was fast and reliable the entire stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Well packed with all the amenities you might need and even free snacks! There was room cleaning every day, the cleaning lady was extremely nice and polite. They also had free laundry service which was super useful. The reception staff were very helpful and kind , they helped us with all the needed reservations to the attractions! The breakfast was great, with a variety of food everyday, and the breakfast ladies were super sweet and serviceable! There were many freebies in the room and delicious breakfast, and the staff even installed a safe bed rail since my baby was traveling with us. Unfortunately the bed was still a bit small for our family of three, and the hotel was very kind to allow us an early checkout and refund us for the remaining evenings. The five star review reflects the hotel’s responsiveness and willingness to work with their guests.

Use Apple Maps or AMaps! NOT Google! The food and staff make up for the horrible directions to find the place. I walked over two different “blocks” at 0100 only to find I was on the wrong side of the hu tong. So first step is find Fangjia Hu Tong. Even if you end up walking the whole street you will find the hotel. I used landmarks after DiDi ride. 7-11 on one side the Fangjia Hu Tong and the Entrance line to Lama Temple on the opposite end of the Hu Tong. The staff and food were excellent. They always had a place for me in the small eat area. The food was never the same. The staff use translate apps to communicate any type of tour advice and suggestions. Everyone was so helpful. I never had a problem after finding the location. It’s great place Google Maps just needs to do better.

One night stay - very happy

Check-in went very well. Staff was super helpful. I asked many small questions about things like currency exchange, food, delivery, etc.. and they were very very helpful. Breakfast had a good mix of food. I had forgotten about seeing showers as a closed-in space within a single room, but this was the only oddity that I found. My driver would not go down the narrow road to the hotel, but it was a short and easy walk down the narrow Road to number 46. Food options in the courtyard outside were also excellent. Had a beer and aFood options in the courtyard outside we’re also excellent. Had a beer and a burger and was very happy.
