Absolutely nice staff, and a great location.
Walk like 3 minutes, and you are in the middle of the town. The hotel is located directly at the beachfront. The bungalows are great, I liked my stay. The best at the resort are the staff. They were friendly and really nice. I would always go back to this place.

Fun and comfy stay!
Stayed here briefly, not during the Full Moon party, and loved the beachfront location! It's a great place to socialize and get immediate access to all the beachfront bars. Not really a snorkeling location though, high tides and lots of big waves after some rain. The included breakfast was a nice perk! The bed was very comfortable, with nice bedding.

Extremely run down. Black mold in the bathroom tiles . The walls were literally rotting in my.bungalow. Breakfast was the night before left overs . Red curry for breakfast?
For 1000 bhat a night it might be worth it. But all the owner is doing is price gouging and taking money and putting zero back into the business.
Haad Rin has become extremely dirty . Beaches loaded with plastic garbage like , Bali

I use my credit card to secure and pay for my hotel stay and reservation but I came here and it showed that I did not pay for this, but I checked my bank account and there was no charge. I don’t understand what happened but I paid them for the stay but they were very slow with the process. Not happy with this. This is my second time here not sure if I’m coming back.

Wir hatten das Bungalow mit Privatpool ! Dieses war echt wahnsinnig schön ! Der Pool war ausreichend groß um darin zu schwimmen ! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :)

Amazing property, especially for the price. Individual "huts" that are in good condition although the Bathroom didnt feel very clean. They do come in and swap linens/provide extra towels daily if you would like.
Probably the BEST set-up out of all the beachfront resorts/bars. Great pool, plenty of outdoor (and shaded indoor) seating with an amazing view of the beach. There are tons of bean bags, lounge chairs, tables, hammocks, etc. to choose from. Food & drink prices also seemed fair & the daily breakfast buffet was great. Their staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
While I was not here during the Full Moon party I imagine this place gets very lively when it is happening! Most things nearby (walking distance, so, almost everything on this part of the island) seemed pretty desolate, closed or even abandoned. I think COVID took a toll but like I said, I think the streets come alive when the Full Moon party happens. It is about a 15-min taxi ride to the other lively parts of the island but well worth it! There are no TukTuks or other public transport options though so you are at the mercy of the available taxis. They charge more than I had experienced across the rest of Thailand but it is a small, tourist driven island so makes sense!

Bästa hotellet på hela Koh Phangan!
Ett fantastiskt hotell med fantastik personal. Det bästa hotellet på hela Full Moon stranden. Tanken var att jag skulle bo här i 5 dagar, men det slutade med att jag bodde där i 15.
Bodde både i ett standardrum och i bungalow. Ingenting att anmärka på. Rent och fräscht.
Servicen är utmärkt. Fanns i stort sett ingenting personalen inte kunde hjälpa till med. Transporter, biljetter, scooter etc. Ex, fick inte tag på taxi vid 23.00. Då ställer hotellchefen, Suthee upp och kör med sin privata bil. Har ni någonsin upplevt det på ett hotell? Blev även inbjuden till hotellets personalfest ihop med övriga gäster, vilket också var väldigt trevligt.
Personalen är väldigt serviceminded och ställer alltid upp. Maten och drinkarna är ok. Vägs upp av den fantastiska terassen med den magiska utsikten över havet.
Poolen är ren och fräsch. Finns solbäddar uppställda mot stranden och beanbags. Så man sitter alltid bekvämt.
När jag var där under nyår var stämningen magisk. Speciellt vid 12-slaget då nedräkningen skedde från en DJ som spelade på terassen. Klockan 01 stängde polisen ner stranden, 01.30 drar festen igång igen på hotell med egna högtalare och DJ. Den avslutades först vid 04.30. MAGISKT!
Många som bor där som jag pratade med är återkommande gäster. Förstår varför.
Kan tillägga att under Full moon festerna är detta inget hotell som jag skulle rekommendera för barnfamiljer.
Kommer definitivt bo på Tommys Resort på nästa resa till Koh Phangan.

Awesome weather and an overall good time. Our room was an amazing beachfront bungalow in the middle of Haad Rin full moon party, staff, food and location are great, we’ll be back soon for sure 😀

Could have been better.
The rooms are individually owned and the maintenance people leave early in the afternoon. Nothing gets done after 2 pm ...
I asked the receptionist for the business center and he sent me to the hotel next door where I got insulted by their receptionist.
They gave me bad directions to the fireworks on Friday evening and I missed them.
They keep running out of beach towels, for a hotel next to the beach.
The television signal in our broke down suddenly and the receptionist said he cannot do anything as the maintenance guy has left for the day.
The tours guy sitting near the reception has absolutely no interest in giving information or bothering to sell us any of the tours. In his defense he was busy playing solitaire on the computer.
Please spend extra money and book elsewhere.

Camere dotate dei principali comfort, spiaggia a due passi, ristorante di buon livello, ottima colazione fronte mare. Zona di attrazione per full moon party con musica ad alto volume fino a tarda notte quindi importante che questa cosa la si sappia da subito, noi l'abbiamo scelta a posta per la notte di capodanno. Haad rin è il "villaggio" con tanti ristoranti, negozietti, spa per massaggi e localini in spiaggia dove bere e godersi la serata. A piedi si può raggiungere l'altro versante di haad rin dove si vede il tramonto...

Strand nära bungalow.
Bra läge vid en.underbar strand. Mysig restaurang som sätter ut bord på str stranden vid solnedgången. Sen städning på eftermiddagen, lite tråkigt om man vill vila efter lunch.Wifi uppkopplingen var dålig fick logga in och ut hela tiden för att få det att fungera.Transfer från och till piren. Frukost utbudet något sparsamt.Nära till strand och pool var kanon. Airconditionen ät som en stormvind.

You could not be closer to the beach! It's a great location. The pool is nice. Views from either side of your room. Great beach bar. The restaurant food isn't the best and get accustomed to looking for a server, but relax!. You're not paying much and the Chang is cold.

You get what you pay for
Perfect location for the Full Moon Party but only if you plan on staying up until sunrise. Otherwise it’s VERY loud!
Beds were extremely uncomfortable and most of the lights in the room didn’t work.
You are required to have your key card inserted into a slot to have the rooms power on which meant that when we left, the A/C stopped, resulting in a hot room each time we came back.
