9 Mar 2026The room was clean and smelled fresh upon coming in. The beds we're clean and comfortable. The room amenities reflect expectation. Walls are a little thin so you might hear someone/something loud, its a hotel.. It's pet friendly with a small fee and theirs plenty of good dog walking area. Its recently been updated/renovated. Pool is small, looked clean but was closed seasonally still. Breakfast is ok at best, but they do have waffle maker!.. The staff is what im assuming a family ran operation. We're good people all around. Friendly and accommodating. They even call to notify us that my truck tailgate had been left open when we departed. I Thank them for that. Definitely worth consideration. For us it was affordable and convenient to getting to a competition at the mississippi coast coliseum and everything else all weekend.

22 Mar 2026Pool was the only activity on site, it was outside, unshaded. I never saw anyone in the pool. Didnt seem very welcoming. Internet was super slow, i called front desk twice to let them know the screen was black but there was sound. The response was "just wait". I ended up playing technician and fixed it ourselves. We also had a MASSIVE stench in our room from the moment we arrived. We told the front desk to where they gave us all kinds of excuses like "its the heater, the air filter, theres no smoking (accusing us of smoking)" to the extent of them pretending that the call was disconnected, i stayed on the line and continued to say hello until someone responded. The description of the smell was like a heavy pesticide mixed with pot. It was so heavy i couldnt breathe. I went to walmart and got lysol aerosol to air out the room. The worst part, i had to spray down the room EVERY TIME I ENTERED the room for the night. NOTHING was done by staff UNTIL the LAST day i stayed. I couldnt go elsewhere as everything was booked.

30 May 2022We booked this stay mid May for May 28. When we got there, the entire hotel was shut down and we had no place to go. Hotels.com eventually found us a new place thirty minutes away, and paid the increase in price. The hotel apparently had been shut down for a month due to a triple homicide on the property that included the owner and two staff members. The entire experience was horrible. I had my two young children waiting in a car for two hours while Hotels.com tried to figure out a solution, not knowing if my children would be sleeping in a car ten hours from home.

But We were overcharged $15 per dog at check in, so we paid overall almost $90 for a night in a dump, which included a drunken guest laying on the floor of nextdoor, our pets being blamed for a smear of rice and beans on the hallway, (which wasn't their food). I am sure You can do much better

6 Apr 2022This property was dirty, hair in tha bathtub so you knew it wasn't cleaned, a dirty sock under tha bed, noisy, up and out 4-5-6 in tha morn, they had workers outside our door with heavy machinery doing work at 8 DAYM A.M!!! No warnings, no apoligies, kids running and playing before sun up, jus a mess of a place!!!!

Got there and they had no rooms. Said they don't hold rooms after 8PM. What I saw was a real dump. Had to drive 2 hours to find a room for the night.

8 Mar 2022The place was fenced off with a chain link fence. There were MANY men, bicycles, grills, shopping carts containing belongings in and around the building. Doors to rooms were open and I could see inside. The entire place was very unkept. The check-in office containers were stacked with miscellaneous stuff, very unorganized and just plain nasty! Many rooms did not have running water and the room I would have had only had partial running water according to the clerk. I was forced to pay for one night, so I paid it, gave my room to a homeless man (who wanted a room so he could bathe) for the night and left. I am greatly appalled that this established is even listed in Expedia. I want a complete refund!!!
