The rooms at the front overlooking the main road are noisy from 4am to 11pm so if you are a light sleeper, better to be at the back of the hotel

When I booked the property for Family Room B, the picture showed a room with a chair and a window (City View). The window was the selling point which made me decide to book the room but I was shocked when I arrived that there was no chair, no table, and worst no window at all!!!

They could easily have made this good if...
Room 305 is very nice. Great bathroom and large shower. Nice bed with table and two chairs. We were there a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. It was clean and nice.
But then we found the cockroaches. They were crawling over our things we had on the tables.
So we moved to 303, a family room. It wasn't as nice. It needed paint repairs and had a smaller bathroom that wasn't as nice or as good of condition. This room also had cockroaches.
If they had a good exterminator, and we stayed only in room 305, I would have given a fantastic review. Too bad it was spoiled by cockroaches. We spent a week in a much worse place before this one, and never had a bug problem.

There is no uniqueness in the hotel. There is a cockroach live and dead came from the aircon. I told front desk and they just said ok.. will look for new room for you. Thats it!

My son’s cellphone was lost after the House keeping clean our room,my son found his lost cell in soiled linens because we call the number and we fallow the ringing tone /soiled linen still in the lobby.

Stay away from Capitol Central Hotel!
Extremely disappointed! Bathroom was very dirty & the odor of the room is stinky, beddings nothing else but ordinary sheets. Absolutely won't go back there!

Pleasant enough. Restaurant difficult to access when it was used as a function room and more organisation needed to make it work for guests and visitors. Informal room service operated which was a bonus.
