Wonderful quiet hotel just outside the bustle of Main Street in Bar Harbor. The staff were very friendly, the whole facility was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. There is no elevator so we got a workout carrying our luggage up and down the stairs.

We had such a pleasant stay at Cromwell. The rooms are spacious and clean and Joy was so helpful particularly when we decided to change our plans and stay an extra two nights which they were able to accommodate. We were so grateful for our time there!!

Everything was clean and well maintained. We liked that they did not come into our room every day, but gave us a sheet to use to ask for materials (like new towels, tissues, etc.). These requests were promptly filled. We also really enjoyed that the motel was within walking distance of the town center, but far enough away that it was quiet without swarms of people around outside. The pool was also very clean and well maintained.
